It means you're in flow.
There’s a delicious give/receive balance rooted in your system, spreading through your body, and emanating from your whole being.
Your presence is just magnetic.
You feel:
More trust — in yourself, in others, in the Universe
A sense of overflow — because you’re giving from a full cup, not depletion
A willingness (and desire) to be seen, even in your tenderness
Open to possibilities, rooted in your values, and supported in your becoming
A deep sense of lightness and nourishment that ripples into how you show up, make decisions, create, and lead in your business
You’re not carrying the weight of exhausting perfectionism or people-pleasing.
You feel centered. Fueled. Content.
Small But Effective Ways to Start Receiving More (Yes, They Count!)
To welcome deeper ease and fulfillment into your life, artistry, and business: start small.
Like, really small.
These are powerful cues to your nervous system that it’s safe to soften.
Safe to let in what your heart longs for:
Let the person on the plane lift your carry-on into the overhead bin
Say “thank you” when someone compliments you without rushing to deflect or compliment back immediately just because your mind tells you they’ll think you’re rude (or whatever wild story it spins)
Let a friend or your partner help with something you usually take on and do all by yourself
Pause when someone asks, “Can I help?” and check in with yourself instead of automatically saying no
These micro-rituals retrain your system and build capacity so you can let more in—without armoring up or bracing.
Nervous System Cue: How’s Your Heart?
Take a moment to pause right now:
Bring your attention to your chest space. How does it feel? Soft, warm, guarded, buzzing, is there an invisible shield you perceive… Simply notice. No judging.
Take a slow breath into your heart for a count of 4. Then a slow exhale for 4. Repeat a few rounds, then return to natural breathing.
Gently roll your shoulders back, lower your chin down, keep your front body soft. Your core is slightly engaged to support your spine.
Now: What do you notice, how does your heart space feel?
These tiny shifts in posture and breath ripple into deeper shifts in how safe you feel to receive.
Journaling Prompts To Go Deeper
Set aside 5–15 minutes.
Grab your journal or a page. Light a candle, cozy up, set the mood.
Then ask:
What am I not allowing myself to really, fully receive right now?
How do I know I’m not letting that in? What does it feel like in my body?
What’s one small, tangible way I can let myself receive today?
What shifts in me when I do allow it? How does my body respond?
Then put your pen down.
Take a few deep, spacious breaths.
Stretch your arms and chest wide.
Wiggle your hips.
Let your reflections marinate. (Integration is magic.)
Don’t force insights. This isn’t about “figuring it out.”
It’s about letting it be. Letting yourself receive your truth.
Go for a walk. Repeat mentally:
“When I ask for help, people are genuinely happy to support me.
I’m ready to receive more.
I’m ready for EPIC flow, ease, and support.”
