Somatic work is the practice of listening to the body as a doorway to transformation – tuning into sensations and the intelligence of your soma to release tension and integrate what’s been suppressed.
Together, these two modalities foster a process of unraveling, alchemy, and emergence that is felt, not just understood.

No. This is not therapy or medical treatment.
It’s an integrative, holistic experience blending somatic awareness, nervous system support, and Reiki healing – all in service to your becoming.

You’ll need a quiet, private space with room to move and lie down. Wi-fi connection + Zoom access.
Before we meet, you’ll receive a few gentle instructions via email to help you best set your space for comfort – e.g. Water, blanket, journal, loose comfortable clothing you can move in.

It can be. One session can catalyze profound clarity, release, and recalibration – often exactly what your system needs to shift into a new phase.
But integration is a process, not a linear, one-time event.
Some women come for one session and feel complete; others return seasonally, or move into deeper mentorship when they sense there’s more to unravel, remember, and root. You’ll know what is true for you.
